What we collect

When you join, we collect the email address or phone number you choose to share. We use it only for CropBillAI launch updates. We don’t run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Where it goes

Waitlist submissions are handled and stored by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider. You can choose not to submit your details. Sample bill photos in the interactive demo stay on your device; they are not read by AI or uploaded.

How long we keep it

Our retention period is until launch or until you ask us to delete your details, whichever comes first. Any different use after launch will need a separate notice.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your waitlist details by contacting privacy@cropbillai.me. TODO before launch: confirm this mailbox is active and monitored.

A note on the law

We aim to handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and applicable rules. This plain-language notice is not legal advice and must be reviewed before a public launch.
